Hey yoga kids - here’s the camp for you! Join us for a fun week of activity-based yoga activities. Campers will learn how to move their bodies and calm their minds.

General Information
  • The week will be filled with oriented yoga, games, crafts and music.
  • Campers should dress for yoga and bring a water bottle and light snack each day.
  • If kids have access to a yoga mat, please bring it.
  • A $10 materials fee is due to the instructor on the first day of camp.

Instructor's Experience
  • Cheryl Barrell is a former K-6 Public School Teacher. She completed her 200 hour Bhakti Yoga Teacher Training at Jai Yoga school in Slingerlands. Cheryl also has completed Kids Yoga Training with Yogapalooza and Bari Koral.
