Adult ballet class.
Classical Ballet is a traditional, formal style of ballet that adheres to classical ballet technique.  It is known for its aesthetics and rigorous technique (such as turnout of the legs, high extensions, jumps and pointe work), its, percise movements and its ethereal qualities.

General Information
  • There are stylistic variations related to area of origin, which are denoted by classifications such as Russian ballet, French ballet, British ballet and Italian ballet.
  • In this class, we will use the Russian Vaganova style which features high extensions, dynamic turns and jumps in an advanced level.
  • Please bring a bottle of water.

Instructor's Experience
  • Julia Kajtar-Hayes was born and raised in Budapest, Hungary.
  • She is a former soloist at the Hungarian National Ballet.
  • She performed with the Wienna cast of "Phantom of the Opera" and the Hamburg cast of "Cats"
