Whether your teen needs to get ready for a fall sport or just get out of the house and blow off some steam, our Functional Fitness Camp will teach them how to move through the world better and make them fitter.

General Information
  • Our approach to training will help them prevent injuries and the onset of disease later in life. The tenured coaching staff at CrossFit Aevitas will be running a week-long camp to teach teens (grades 7-12) all of the basics of functional fitness to propel them towards their athletic and lifestyle goals.

They will also learn the basics of healthy nutrition, mobility & flexibility best practices, recovery tactics for optimal results, tips for self-coaching in the weight room, and the importance of performance-based fitness tracking.
