Lacrosse Gear on the Field
Join us for a week full of learning and building on your lacrosse stick skills and game.

General Information
  • We will work on cradling, ground balls, catching, throwing, positioning and game rules.
  • We will play fun games and scrimmage daily.
  • All level players including beginners are welcome.
  • Players must have a legal mouthguard, goggles, stick (girls/womens), and cleats.
  • Appropriate attire is necessary
  • Bring a water bottle.

Instructor's Experience
  • Coach Camardo is the current Junior Varisty assistant coach at Guilderland High School.
  • She has previously coached modified lacrosse at Farnsworth Middle School.
  • She is the current girls freshman soccer coach.
